In order to see your user sentiment, which pages he visited, his emotions, the topic he talk about and to tag your recorded session or request navigate to your recorded instant and click at the right bar on ANALYTICS
were using AI and ML to extract the important keyword that your users talked about during his requested recording. this helps you to find what you need automatically in the investigation phase without doing anything.
Using our AI model we find sentences with negative or positive sentiments. Note that the location is relative to the specific recordings and not all of them.
We automatically tag pages that your user visits during the recording.
We also track the emotions of your user during the recording. Our AI model can detect emotions such as happiness, sadness, anger, and more. This information can help you better understand and prioritize the user issue or feedback
You can add your manual tag for each recording to get a better understanding of the suit of your specific needs. and find it later by creating an investigation that includes this tag to put all of them In one location.
