  1. Navigate to investigation

  1. Go back to the investigation tab
  2. The Investigation name
  3. The first parameter to filter by
  4. Adding additional condition
  5. The create button
  6. the filters entries table

The parameters

Give your investigation a name and click on the select parameter:

Now you can choose from varieties of option

Info

Filter by:

  1. Record ID
  2. Visitor ID
  3. Visitor Name
  4. Visitor Email
  5. Screen height
  6. Screen width
  7. OS
  8. browser
  9. Browser version
  10. Recording type (Record/Session)
  11. Audio (True/False)
  12. Domain

Custom Data

Based on the data you send via API look on User Identification & Custom Data and ‣

Analytics

  1. URL History (Pages)
  2. Transcript (contains)
  3. Transcript summary
  4. Manual tag
  5. Topic (Record automatic tagging)

Investigate

  1. Console
    1. Type
    2. content (include)
  2. Network
    1. Status
    2. Method

Let's create a new investigation that includes all the sessions of a specific user that have an error in them and include the keyword "type".

  1. Click on the parameter and choose the type and set it to be in Session

  3. Click on the parameter and look for the user email. Choose the specific user we want

  4. Add new parameter

  5. Choose console - content and set contain to be “Type”

  1. See the result and click on Create

  1. Congrats you have a new investigation the record will start to analyze and monitor on!
