Using Sharable link

You have different ways users can start recording for you an intentional recording.

The sharable link can be sent through any communication channel, such as Slack, email, or even embedded on your site. The sharable link is unique for each teammate, in order to keep track of and personalize the record request experience.

  1. Navigate to your home tab on your dashboard

  2. Now lets explore what we have here

    1. Your name - this name will be shon as part of The Record request experience. Easily can be changed from the Record Settings

    b. Your verified domain panel. If you don't have one, visit: Install Record snippet and domain verification

  3. Choose the domain from the drop-down menu where you want your customer to create an issue recording. and click on the copy icon

  1. Now you need to paste the link wherever you like!
