Investigations

Record investigations are a group of record requests and record sessions, and it is one of our most powerful tools to monitor and identify user issues. Record investigation enables you to provide proactive support, fix bugs on the fly, and prevent issues from happening before they become a ticket. You can create an investigation using logic and a combination of the data that is interesting to you. For example, all the users that experienced an uncaught error and are using Chrome.
