Navigation: (Crtl+K for search)

We wanted to provide you with a better way how to organize your user-intentional recorded issues. and to be able to filter the relevant recorded issues. in order to do that you can use the built-in filter and view future or use Record investigations. while Issues view and filter are only for the intentional recording Record investigations include also Record user sessions.

Navigate to the Issues tab

At the left side, you can see all your saved views.

Creating new view

  1. Navigate to issues / all

  1. chose your specific parameters from the top list like

    1. Domains

      Untitled

    2. Additional information

      Untitled

      and look at the applied number indicator change.

    3. Keep choosing your parameters from custom data if you want to or use the investigate to choose specific console error types or networks.

  2. Click on APPLY and see the table changes.

  3. Now in order to save it as a view click on add as view

  1. fill out the popup with your preferences and click create

    1. Name
    2. toggle on if you want to make the view public for all the teammates at the account
    3. create the new view

  2. Your new view has been created

  1. Click on one of the Records at this view and go to instant mode

  1. You can see your current view
  2. Drop down to move between different view
