Record requests give you the power to send a shareable link to your customers, asking them to record their issues. For them, it will be an intentionally easy and straightforward record process, but for you, it will be a game changer. While the user records their issue, Record will capture their window attributes, browser console errors, network logs, visited pages, and clicks, as well as your product's backend logs. Moreover, Record will automatically analyze what the user is saying and tag the recording for you!
